So TRUE....

Don't think of organ donation as giving up part of yourself to keep a total stranger alive. It's really a total stranger giving up almost all of themselves to keep part of you alive. ~Author Unknown

No Answers...

Our trip to DC was good... very uneventful (just the way we like it).... Although they have no specific answers for the current issues we are having... they did offer us some suggestions that "seem" like they make sense and possibly could help.. :)   We've come up with  a plan... we are going to change some of his medications around and cut back on some... This process will take time because I am concerned that if we make to many changes at once and something starts to go wrong... how will I possibly figure out what caused it. He has also been on antibiotics since October 20th, he has a PICC line in, and he has been unable to clear the pneumonia he has had.. This alone makes the picture a little cloudy... therefore I feel that pushing the limits now is NOT ideal... So, I made ONE change Thursday... I will wait, watch, and see!!
SLOW AND STEADY!!!!

As far as the communication issues go... to NO surprise Georgetown has some issues too... one more thing for me to balance :)

Encouraging and worth a million dollars... Devin was up and about today... Looking GREAT!!! and actually BELLY LAUGHING!!! music to my ears!!

If he feels well tomorrow we are heading out!!! going to see Santa!!!
