We ALL Think..

That we've waited for an "important" phone call.  Well 3 years ago today at 8:45AM my cell phone rang to Jordan Sparks... One Step At A Time!!  My mind raced... My legs didn't seem to move as fast as I needed them to.  I answered the phone and took a deep breath!! "Mrs. McQueen this is Georgetown.. we have an organ offer BUT Devin is second in line"  The day unfolded rather quickly... we reached DC around 4 and was shocked to find out Devin would be prepped and suppressed as though he was going to the OR.. but the fact was we were second in line!!  At approximately 11:45pm Dr. M came in to tell us... "it's a go" and Devin was taken from us within 10 minutes!!!   The next time we'd get to see him was 7AM the next morning!!!
