Progress... Devin is doing well!  His NG tube came out of his nose today :) which has made a HUGE difference!!! He has some pain and is hurts to walk.  But he is truly being a trooper he knows walking is the key to getting out of here.  Yesterday I mentioned that surgery was a bit more involved then I had planned.. what they do is cut out the old whole from the tube and start with fresh skin... therefore it involves layers of stitching from the stomach all the way out to the skin making the recovery slightly longer...  Slow and steady!!! is all we want at this point!  Hoping he can drink something later today!

As for my mom... Surgery is scheduled for the 30th.  They will be reviewing her CT and x-rays to decide if she can have pins and plates put into the elbow or if she'll need an elbow replacement.. :(
