Sad Day...

Today is a very sad day in the transplant community... One of our precious little girls was called to heaven.. Their are no words to make the pain of loss easier.  All I ask is for you to pray for her mom, dad, little brother, and extended family.

May Aria rest in peace, after a long hard fight.
