To DC & Back....

We made it down to DC & back.... Devin had is scope from above and below this morning... He was such a good sport!!  He did the bowel prep like a champ last night... only complaint was that he was starving...  He got up this morning and headed to the hospital without a fuss.... Thank God for the great sedation nurses & the PICU nurse... the IV was in on ((1)) stick!!!

Dr. K appeared and listened to my story and said "this just doesn't make sense".... and "if he lost weight he must have been chubby, because he looks great"  LOL... Dr. K is NEVER lost for words...  The scopes LOOKED good!!  A little irritation in the stomach and jejunum which could indicate he has a virus.  But could also mean nothing.   His ileum looks great, no evidence of anything... Now we wait for the official biopsy results... Hopefully we will have them tonight...  In the meantime Devin is back to baseline... Mexican for lunch... 3 bathroom stops during our 4 hr journey home.... now home relaxing.... wondering, what's for dinner??  I am trying to convince him BED!!! but it's not working!
