I guess in the future I'll wait to write until after our doctors visit... We'll start on the up side of things.. Devin is growing nicely, he put on almost 2 pounds in six weeks and has finally reached 42 inches.... That was exciting news because he's finally able to go on the same rides as Raymond and Caitlin.. (very important to a 5 year old)
The concerning news.... his Liver numbers have gone up and his platelet count has gone down.... Needless to say my stress level has become quite elevated... We will repeat all labs tomorrow and do a blood cultures to make sure he doesn't have an infection anywhere. Of course being the "nut" that I am I want the action plan for " What If...Then Plan B" The doctors have suggested staying calm and positive!!!! We will need to see what the next few days of labs look like before we make a "plan B"
Please!! pray that we will not need plan B, that his Liver will start to improve, and that his Gift Of Life will come in a timely fashion...
